Eating right is essential to the treatment and management of
diabetes. For people with diabetes, managing carbohydrate intake and
making healthy food choices is helpful and important. Carbohydrates are
broken down into glucose. So if you eat too much of them, your blood
sugar level may rise.

those with diabetes to get moving with some exercise. Exercise has so
many health benefits, but a lot of times getting started can be

just have to move more during the day. Gyms and expensive exercise
equipment are not necessary at all. Don’t underestimate the power of
physical activity and adequate sleep also don’t sit around, get moving.
